It should appeal especially to foods high in water. If you want to eat other foods, must be accompanied by another more satiating. For example, in the case of wanting to make a pizza, instead of taking two will choose a single serving portions accompanied by a green salad, powerful satiety. Do not prepare several small plates, only bigger one will do the same effect with less.
