My Personal Sport Program

So, I did it: I’m just going on and I bought new running shoes.
I also thought about long and wide, as I will make my sports program in the future. Have your numerous tips helped me too. I have also thought about how I set my priorities.

The result: The main priority is now to lose weight. Other hobbies go first with this or be neglected in the beginning a bit. Finally, I know this from before the crass weight gain: If you weigh less is usually much more active. Once I have achieved my goal so I can concentrate again more on other things.

My Sport Plan provides for: This weekend will be dedicated to the new shoes. Then I will start running a week two to four times. It also depends on business appointments; I cannot spend any time. For this I will be visiting regularly twice a week course at the gym. So I really go, I select two fixed rates. My Instructure suggest me to use heart rate monitors, and I feel the benefit use this tool.

Team sports matches at the moment that I go once a week to swim. I’m especially missing and that was all I really desire. But if I busy, I can walk to my office. With my Pedometer, I can track how far I go. So good for my lose weight training and this tool very effective for my sport plan. That caused I bought two.
